I help women reconnect with themselves through mindful creativity and movement in a supportive community.
My work explores what it means to regulate your nervous system so you can live creatively and mindfully. I offer retreats, classes, and community experiences that create space to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover what nourishes you.
I’m especially passionate about supporting caregivers, teachers, creatives, healers, and sensitive humans who feel stretched thin or disconnected from themselves.
